We take 1-2 business days to process and deliver it to you. This mainly depends on your location, you may receive your order earlier. Please allow an extra day or two during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year..). We appreciate your patience! We operate from our warehouse in Harare, Zimbabwe. This allows us to provide fast and reliable delivery across the country, ensuring that your orders reach you in a timely manner. Although we are based in Harare, Zimbabwe, in the event we are unable to deliver from our warehouse due to limited stock we ship from our main Suppliers in neighbouring regions.

Yes. Every single pair undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our specialized authenticators. We do not sell products from unauthorized variants or that are different from what is displayed when you are purchasing.

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes Shipping can take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Please also understand your order is processed immediately after the order has been placed. However, we ask for 1-2 business days for us to prepare and deliver your item due to the high volume of orders. We have inventory storage in Zimbabwe so our delivery times are around 1 business day from the shipment date. Time frame may vary depending on which area the package is being delivered to since it may be far from our storage facilities. Please check with the carrier and the tracking number we have provided you in the shipping confirmation email or Whatsapp message (check junk/spam if you did not receive one) Or contact us and we will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and estimated delivery date.

We try our best to resolve any issues customers have with their products online but if you want a refund / exchange for your products, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the security tag is still attached and the product remain in unworn, deadstock condition. You will need to send the item/s back once you've received them. If you would like to return / exchange / cancel your order please contact us and the support team will help you out. Please note that customers have up to 5 hours to cancel their order after it has been placed. If your order has already been shipped and is in transit and you would like to cancel your order, you will have to wait for your order to arrive to your address first. Once your order has arrived, you will need to send it back to us before we can provide you a full refund. We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. If your order has arrived damaged or defective, we will send a replacement for free or process a refund, depending on your choice. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received a damaged / defective / incorrect item, please contact us immediately and provide us with photos of the damaged item/s and we will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

It is important to remember that due to the plethora of differences in monitor hue and saturation settings, it is almost impossible for the same picture to look identical on two different monitors/screens. This is why there may be a slight difference in color to your item and the picture on our website. If the difference in color is more than just gradiation, please contact us and we will happily arrange an appropriate solution depending on the issue.

We recommend you to order the same size as your regular size. If you are between sizes, we recommend you to size up. For footwear, if you have wide feet, we also recommend you to size up. If you are still unsure about sizing, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with sizing advice. All of our products have size charts available. If there is no size chart, please let us know and we can rectify this immediately. All size charts are in CM. Please use these charts to determine your best fit. All of our products are US / EURO sizing. To put this into perspective: Should you have any questions about sizing or you wan't to know what size you should order, feel free to contact us.

Our store's currency is $USD. All transactions are finalized in $USD. In the case you want to purchase using another currency, we utilise a currency converter tool to estimate how much your charge could be. The prices of our products will be automatically converted to your local currency depending on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. You will see the settlement amount is the same as the USD amount but the currency conversion rate may be different. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as we settle all of our final payments in $USD.

We accept most if not all major local payment methods including Ecocash, Innbucks, and credit cards. We also accept mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience. Additionally, we offer PayPal as a secure alternative for online payments. Please note that all transactions are processed in USD, and the final amount may vary based on your local currency exchange rate.

Currently, we focus on domestic delivery within Zimbabwe. However, we are expanding our reach. Contact us directly if you require shipping to a neighboring region.
