Consumer Rights

Implied Warranty

In compliance with Zimbabwean law, we warrant that all products are reasonably fit for their intended purpose. If an item is found to be defective, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act remain unaffected by any "Final Sale" designations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zimbabwe for any dispute resolution.

Merchant Protections

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gear Fetch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or the purchase of products.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from obvious pricing errors or system glitches. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the consumer immediately.
