Rates & Timelines
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts - Processing Time & Shipping Time:
Processing Time
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. This includes Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
Shipping Time
After processing and leaving our warehouse, orders usually take between 1 business day to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, depending on shipping delays which are out of our control but you will be notified if there are any delays. This mainly depends on your location, you may receive your order earlier. You will also receive a shipment notification with tracking once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after placing order for your tracking information to become active and updated.

The Guarantee
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
All items must be returned in Deadstock Condition—unworn, with original packaging fully intact.
Final Sale Items
Pre-ordered items and limited release "Hype" drops are eligible for exchange only, no refunds.

Wait for a return authorization. We usually respond within 24 hours.
Secure Shipping
Pack the product securely in a double-box to protect the original box. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to shipping address which will be provided by our support team.
Return Shipping Method
Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once your return is authenticated, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back to your original payment method.
Final Notification
You will receive a final confirmation email once the transaction is completed on our end.
