Rates & Timelines
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts - Processing Time & Shipping Time:
Processing Time
As soon as order is confirmed, please allow a few hours for your order to be processed and be ready to be delivered. This includes Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
Delivery Time
After processing and leaving our warehouse, you will be notified when your orders are off for delivery. Orders usually take a few hours in Harare and out of Harare you will be notified about the pickup time at selected pickup points. You will also be able to check order status after you create an account and you login on the Gear Fetch Store.

Every item undergoes a multi-point verification process. Our specialists will verify and clear your items for dispatch.
Live Tracking
A tracking link is generated the moment your order is confirmed. You will receive realtime updates on the order status in your profile once you login or create a member account on this platform.
Secure Delivery
Due to the high value of our inventory, all packages require a physical signature upon delivery. We do not drop-off at unstaffed locations.

The Guarantee
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
All items must be returned in Deadstock Condition—unworn, with original packaging fully intact.
How to Return
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Verification
Wait for a return authorization. We usually respond within 24 hours.
Secure Shipping
Pack the product securely in a double-box to protect the original box. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to shipping address which will be provided by our support team.
Return Shipping Method
Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once your return is authenticated, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back to your original payment method.
Final Notification
You will receive a final confirmation email once the transaction is completed on our end.
